Rick Muchow is the Pastor of Worship at Saddleback Church where he has been serving for 24 years.
He oversees the Worship Arts ministry which consists of the Creative Arts, Technical Arts and Worship Leadership teams.
Rick is the author of "The Worship Answer Book" (Thomas Nelson), a contributing editor for Christianity Today's Leadership Journal and also hosts a weekly radio program.

Rick has recorded 11 CD's and is passionate about providing churches and worship leaders with resources to encourage them in their ministry including sheet music, helpful tips and companion resources.
